CARIBA standard centrifugal pumps
in compliance with DIN 24255 are
manufactured from AISI 304 chrome-nickel
steel, which corresponds to 1.4301.
The manufacturing technique used
consists of a new chrome-nickel
steel deep drawing method specially
developed for these pumps.
In
developing this manufacturing
process it was necessary to meet
the demand for optimum engineering
procedures, and also special requirements
with regard to the hydraulic quality
of the pumps.
Innovative skill and use of the
latest manufacturing technologies
made it possible to achieve the
following results:
-a pump design in which the hydraulic
advantages of a spiral channel
are realized
-computer-monitored batch production
which guarantees the high quality
standard of this modern design.
