BLUE-WHITE
has been manufacturing high quality versatile metering
injectors for 40 years. The CHEM-FEED C-1500 Noir
series injectors feature Blue-White's exclusive
heavy duty cartridge valve pump head. We believe
it's the best liquid end in the business. The head
is injection molded of durable Polypropylene, and
includes: Double-sealed PVDF cartridge valve fittings;
Viton o-ring seals; ceramic ball checks; Hastelloy
valve springs; and a Teflon/EPDM diaphragm.
In
addition to the high performance head, each C-1500N has
a sleek black motor housing of weather resistant Valox,
and Blue-White's own all ball bearing gear motor. We build
it ourselves to ensure quality from the ground up! Each
motor, and each fully assembled injector is tested. We
take the time to do it right so our customers take delivery
of a top quality, trouble-free unit.
THE
STANDARD C-1500N NOIR has a top mounted
storke adjustment (feed control) for accurate, consistent
chemical injection .For even greater control, the
DELUXE C-1500N NOIR has a built-in percentage timer.
The operator can adjust both the stroke the diaphragm,
and the timer for even more precise feed adjustment.
Our newest NOIR injector , the MICRO-FEED C-1500NS,
is outfitted with a diaphragm 50% smaller than the
Standard C-1500N diaphragm. This design ensures
excellent accuracy when injecting small amounts
of chemical.
